CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it in the original packaging. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@cocoonic.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and further instructions for the return. Items returned to us without prior return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please check the order for any damage upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem.


Exceptions / DisposableItems
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers or plants), customized products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you requested is to return the item you received as soon as possible. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and whether the refund has been approved. If so, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
